Lawn Maint Lawn maintenance for the Alabama Dept of Rehabilitation Services located at 560 and 602 South Lawrence Street, Montgomery, AL. 36104. Maintenance includes 40 full service visits to include mowing, edging, weed eating, blowing and pickup and removal of small limbs, leaves and litter, blowing of parking lot areas, trimming of shrubs 5 times per year (remove clippings from ground), remove and replace pine straw once a year, remove and replace mulch once a year, fertilization and weed control six times a year, trim all tree canopies once a year, additional cleaning of parking lot areas (removal of trash, leaves, limbs, etc.), removal of new growth on crape myrtles at each visit, pruning of crape myrtles (between December and February), and spot spraying for weeds in parking lots and side walk areas. All lawn materials, grass clippings/mulch, pruning and other debris resulting from lawn maintenance is to be discarded by supplier.
