Maintenance includes the following: mowing, edging beds, walks and curbs, blow off sidewalks and parking lot a minimum of (14) times and a maximum of (22) times, monitor irrigation system (turning on/off as needed to maintain appropriate growth and maintenance of landscaping), pruning minimum of (3) times per year especially crape myrtles to keep out of the parking spaces, lawn weed control year around post and pre-emergent, maintain flower beds to include weed control, leaf removal, weed control, mulch/pine straw in beds a minimum of (2) times a year or as necessary due to weather and keep rose bushes trimmed back off all sidewalks year round due to blind/visually impaired staff and consumers. Supplier must provide a minimum of two visits per month or more depending on rainfall or growth/maintenance needs. All lawn materials, grass clippings/mulch, pruning and other debris resulting from lawn maintenance is to be discarded by supplier.
