Site Visit is scheduled for Wednesday, August 20, 2025 @ 11:00 a.m. Contact Person: Betty Minton. Suppliers submitting bids must attend and sign the sign in sheet for bids submitted to be reviewed. The supplier shall furnish all labor, supervision, transportation, tools, materials and supplies necessary to perform pest control services. All applicable EPA regulations and rules shall be followed (www.epa.gov). Each supplier to possess an Alabama Pest Control License or Pesticide Applicator License from the Alabama Dept of Agriculture and Industries. Supplier must have a minimum of $100,000.00 liability coverage with $50,000.00 for each occurrence and provide proof of workman’s compensation insurance sufficient to satisfy all legal requirements of the State of Alabama if employees in number are 5 or greater. Supplier to include all documentation requested when submitting bid. Supplier to be no farther than 30 miles from facility location. Pest Control Services for the SAIL Troy Office.
