Monthly pest control to cover: • Rats • Mice • Roaches • Ants (Excluding Carpenter Ants) • Silverfish • Spiders / Web Brushing • Fleas • Other Occasional Pest such as crickets, earwigs, silverfish, etc. Service requirements: • Service does not include treatments for infestations. • Rodent Stations are to be placed on the exterior of the buildings and monitored monthly o 7 rodent traps on exterior of main building o 1 interior rodent trap for main building o 1 exterior rodent trap for storage shed o 2 exterior rodent traps at storage building • Vendor must be on site for call back services within 48 hours of notification of problem. • No charge for call back services • Vendor MUST be a licensed pesticide applicator • Vendor must be insured o $200,000 aggregate o $100,000 per occurrence • MSD Sheet is to be provided upon initial visit and upon request • Vendor is to check in with office upon arrival each time • Vendor is to check out with office when finished • If service not being done on a set day/date of the month, then 24-hour notification via phone to 256-353-2634 or email to dcnr.d1wff@dcnr.alabama.gov must be given to office staff prior to service. • No bait boxes or fly traps to be placed inside any building unless requested by DCNR personnel.
