Provide pictures if available. Lighting of Decatur City Hall Grounds Wrap 9 holly trees – requires 400-1,600 mini lights each at a minimum Wrap holly hedges – requires 120 mini lights each at a minimum Drape holly next to building – requires 800 mini lights total at a minimum Wrap 6 cherry trees on corner of Lee/Ferry – require 7,600 mini lights total at a minimum “Provide a description of warm LED lights to be used, using lumens, etc. Provide pictures of other decorating projects if available.”
