All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. 1 Required Item IAED 40-Hour ETC Course The Alabama 911 Board is soliciting bids for an annual agreement to provide the IAED 40-Hour Basic Emergency Telecommunicator Course four times during Fiscal Year 2026 on an as-needed basis. Selected vendors will deliver four, 5-day (40-hour) in-person training sessions at Board-designated locations across Alabama, with specific dates determined by mutual agreement. Bidders must be authorized providers with a primary instructor currently certified as an Emergency Telecommunicator Instructor (ETC-I) through the IAED. The scope includes delivering the full curriculum, administering and submitting final exams for grading, and managing all instructor logistics; the bid price must be a flat, per-session rate inclusive of all travel, lodging, and professional fees, while the Board will provide the facility and course materials.
