    • This is a re-issuance of the previous CCCS IFB 23-023.  Vendors who attended the pre-bid conference for the previous IFB 23-023 are still required to attend the pre-bid conference for this IFB 23-024 (Re-Bid) and may choose to attend via WebEx.
    • Vendors wishing to gain access to physically examine the roof must attend in person.  We will not provide any other opportunities to access the building and/or roof.
    • To ensure sufficient information is available to firms preparing submittals, a mandatory pre-submittal and bid conference has been scheduled.  The intent of this conference is to have CCCS staff available to discuss the project.  Firms preparing submittals must be present in the WebEx room in order to have their submittals accepted.
    • Please allow yourself enough time to access the website or to park and get to the room in a timely manner.  The Lowry campus is not always listed accurately using Mapquest, etc.  The meeting rooms (physical and virtual) will be closed at 9:31 AM and latecomers will not be admitted.
