The City of Hutto is requesting Statements of Qualifications for professional engineering services to design the Limmer Loop Sidewalk project. This project will convey pedestrians from the FM 1660 Hike and Bike Trail (currently being constructed) to Cottonwood Creek Elementary.
Professional services for this project may include, but not be limited to, Survey, Environmental Assessment, Geotechnical Engineering Services, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding, and Contract Administration Services.
Project development will include the preparation of schematics, all permitting (including Texas Department Licensing and Regulations (TDLR)), identification of utility conflicts, City utility adjustments, coordination with utility companies and attending of utility coordination meetings, public involvement, and any other items necessary to successfully develop the project.
