The Adams County Clerk and Recorder’s Office is eliciting proposals for the purchase of printing and mailing ballots and related items for the 2017 Coordinated Mail Ballot Election in November. Contractors shall provide pricing to include all supplies necessary to print ballots, envelopes, secrecy sleeves, instruction sheets and other materials including ink and all card stock. Contractors shall provide pricing to include preparation, delivery and related paperwork to the General Mail Facility, Denver, Colorado and/or the office of the Adams County Clerk and Recorder, Brighton, Colorado. All ballots shall be prepared in accordance with the Dominion Ballot Specification Guide and all County specified packaging and delivery guidelines.
