Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1 – Dumping Pits Repair 1. City of Cheyenne Transfer Station needs all four dumping pits repaired. Metal on walls, and frame supporting structure to concrete. To replace or straighten metal where needed, repair all cracks in walls, repair all support framework and re-anchor to concrete where needed. 2. The City can provide pressure washing of existing walls/pit if ample notice is provided. Contractor is required to complete all other cleaning & prep work. 3. Upon completion of repairs, paint shall be applied to all metal surfaces of the pit structure. 4. The Contractor can only repair one (1) pit at a time, in order to ensure day-to-day operations at the site can continue. 5. The plans from the original installation of the pits are included for reference by bidders. 6.
