Specifications include, but are not limited to: Consultant services for the Pershing Boulevard and Windmill Road Intersection Design Project are the development and design of a complete set of construction documents, including plans, specifications, and estimates. Any innovative solutions that are cost effective and meet project goals will be incorporated during project scoping negotiations and included in the design. Work required for this project will include project management; intersection design; signal design; right-of-way surveying; utility location, coordination, and design; and construction management. The project requires a professional design team that includes a Civil Engineer registered in the State of Wyoming with a minimum of 10 years of project design experience in one or more of the following disciplines: intersection design and signal design; with the ability to provide in-house or capacity to subconsult for survey services and those disciplines required for the project.
