Specifications include, but are not limited to: Laramie County Community College located in Cheyenne, WY seeks bids for the renovation of Health Sciences Building Room 315 for our Respriatory Therapy Program. The specific Work includes: Demolition of existing interior finishes such as removal of existing casework, existing light fixtures, ceiling speakers, carpet, wall base and blinds. Relocation of all marker boards, tackboard and television monitors to new locations per the drawings. Installation of new resilient flooring and wall base, new LED light fixtures, sink, casework, countertop, wall protection, new window shades, coat rack, wall-mounted educational medical equipment, electrical and data outlets and new compressor per drawings as well as touch-up texture and paint of all existing walls. Bid includes one bid alternatate to provide Solid Surface countertop in lieu of plastic laminate. Project Schedule: The Contractor may have access to the building on weekends but will need to coordinate with the school for possible functions.
