Depot Square Building, 115 W. 15th Street 12. Fire Training Complex, 7222 Commerce Circle 13. Ice & Events Center, 1530 W. Lincolnway 14. Botanic Gardens, 710 S. Lions Park Drive 15. Municipal Court, 300 W 17th St b. These specifications are intended to describe a minimum level of services a contractor shall be expected to provide under the terms of a service agreement. The successful bidder shall provide all services necessary to safeguard the mechanical integrity of the equipment described herein whether or not specified in the detailed description of work.
