Specifications include, but are not limited to: ● Replace existing Metasys server software revision 6.x with current version of HVAC Control Software ● New HVAC Control server software to be installed on owner provided server ● Provide And Install New Engine Image For (2) existing Supervisory Engines ● HVAC Control Software User Interface user-views and graphics ● Control software accessible with laptops, tablets, and mobile devices ● Provide and install annual software updates for 3 years. ● Configuration of spaces and equipment relationship for navigation ● Provide graphics package ● Provide Point Binding For Graphical Interface ● Complete Test, Adjust, and Balance of Building System once installation is completed. ● Provide On-Site Training for 2 staff members on the functionality and troubleshooting of the system, minimum of 16 hours. ● Provide Formal classroom training for 2 staff members that will minimally cover the following topics or equivalent: ○ Fundamental Control Strategies for HVAC ○ HVAC Control System Extended Architecture ○ Operations/Troubleshooting Course ○ Systems Engineering Course
