Specifications include, but are not limited to: Teton County Engineering Department is requesting proposals for professional services to assemble a rotational list for on-call technical review of various permits including Grading and Erosion Control (GEC), Bridge (BRG) and Small Wastewater Facility (SWF), for compliance with Teton County regulations. We are also seeking professional services for on-site construction inspection of projects related to the above types of permits. Proposals shall include a summary of skills and experience applicable to this type of work, a listing of specific personnel anticipated to work on these tasks and associated hourly rates for a time-and-materials type of contract. The selected consultant shall generally be familiar (or able to quickly become familiar) with applicable Teton County regulations and able to analyze proposed design plans and perform technical review for compliance with these regulations, provide written correspondence with applicants regarding comments or changes needed from applicants to obtain compliance, craft appropriate permit condition language, track permit issuance or denial, and keep organized records of permit related actions
