Specifications include, but are not limited to: Laramie County Community College. located in Cheyenne, WY requests bids for improvements to the Early Education Center (EEC) Parking & ADA Access. The work, further described in the IFB Documentation, consists of reconstruction of existing sidewalks, new sidewalks, reconstructed landscaped areas, and demolition and reconstruction of a small parking lot near the Education and Enrichment Center. New pedestrian sidewalks include several new ADA accessible routes with other reconstructed routes requiring exterior stair sections. The project includes demolition and reconstruction of an existing asphalt paved drive and parking area with ADA parking stalls. Other improvements include new local storm sewer additions and major landscaping improvements around the new sidewalks and reconstructed parking area. The project includes several bid alternatives related to drainage improvements and pavement rehabilitation on an adjoining asphalt paved area.
