Summary of tasks: Grant Elementary School Classroom (164, 163, 162, 161, 137, 129, and 130) Glenrock Intermediate School Classroom (101, 102, 103, 104, 106, 107, 110, 111, 111A, and 112) Glenrock Jr/Sr High School Classroom (230, 231, 232, 233, 235, 235A, 236, 236A, 237, 238, 239, 4, 8 ) 5. All existing carpeting , cove base, and transitions in specified classrooms will be removed and discarded by the contractor. 6. All floor prepping to be included in the bid. 7. Install new carpeting, 4 inch cove base, and matching transitions in specified classrooms. 8. Contractor will be responsible for any wall or flooring damage during removal. 9. Contractor will be responsible for cleanup in all areas.
