Specifications include, but are not limited to: Laramie County Community College (LCCC) seeks proposals for As-Needs Electrical Services. Under general supervision, Contractor shall provide electrical repair services, to include all necessary labor and other work and/or services required to perform electrician tasks; contract duration would be continuous dependent on LCCC need for services. Required tasks, performed within 30 to 50 hours per week: (LCCC will provide all parts, materials and supplies) Inspect and test systems/parts/equipment/fixtures to verify operational status, and repair/replace equipment Plan, layout, and installation of class II wiring systems. Install, operate, maintain, and repair indoor/outdoor fixtures, equipment, electrical systems, variable frequency drive systems, emergency power standby systems Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inspections on boiler and chiller plants Respond to trouble calls and make repairs as necessary Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of all electrical equipment and BAS systems, approximately 25 hours per week Respond to emergency duties after hours when required (maximum one-hour response time) Periodically perform after hours “on call” duties as needed Order using LCCC purchase card and/or stock LCCC parts, service equipment and tools for electrical shop Manage and reconcile monthly purchase order card and receipts Designate same technician(s), for continuity purposes, to perform required tasks
