Specifications include, but are not limited to: Manage on-site construction meetings with the GC and Kenosha County. Manage timelines and ensure project milestones are being met per bid contract. Verify GC’s compliance with permits. Verify that the GC is following construction submittals, construction documents, construction specifications, change orders, requests for information, and written directives from onsite meeting minutes. If the GC is not following the mentioned documents, Contractor shall be the point of contact to document and inform GC of infractions and communicate these infractions to the project owner (Kenosha County). Contractor shall work with Kenosha County to hold GC accountable if not meeting expectations of job performance as described in bid documents. Develop schedule for Contractor’s on-site presence during construction. Additional time may be needed based on the performance of the GC. Review, modify, add suggestions and suggest Kenosha County’s approval on change orders and respond to Requests for Information (RFI). Oversee quality of work performed by GC with routine site visits as needed. Oversee and document construction progress reports on behalf of Kenosha County. Project closeout meetings including punch list documents and verifications on-site. Verify GC invoices based on materials and work completed
