Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. System must either have low consumption of liquid helium (100 L every 2 months or less) or must rely on compressed helium gas as the main input. 2. Must also be able to reach at least 350 mK (this can be done with a separate insert as long as it meets the requirements specified herein) while allowing for rotation (+- 90 degrees) of the sample with respect to the magnetic field. 3. Sample space must be able to accommodate for this rotation and a sample mounted to it of size: 2.0 cm x 1.0 cm x 0.75 cm (l x w x h) 16-pin dip – with wires attached (standard twisted pairs – Cu or CuSnP). 4. Magnet must be able to reach magnetic fields of at least 14 T at base temperature and maintain base temperature at this value for at least 18 hours. 5. The supplied sample probe must be able to meet the above specifications, with calibrated thermometers and attached heaters where necessary.
