Specifications include, but are not limited to: Daily Report any damages or maintenance items to Supervisor and Supervisor shall report such items to City Representative. Use approved/appropriate cleaning supplies for the items being cleaned. (Check with Supervisor) Keep custodial areas clean, organized and locked at all times. Activate alarm to lock and secure building upon departure every night, unless a public meeting is ongoing within the building. Empty primary waste and recycling containers in all break rooms, lobbies and common areas, meeting rooms and restrooms. Monthly Sweep and dust mop dead storage areas on all levels of the building. Vacuum office partition walls. Damp wipe and disinfect walls.
