Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provider will contact Juvenile and parent(s) within 24 hours of a court order (for home detention/intensive supervision). 2. Intake and orientation of juvenile and parents to program with full explanation of program rules and consequences for non-compliance. 3. Monitoring of juvenile’s behavior through face-to-face and telephone contact for the 30 or 60 day period ordered by the Court (or per terms of an Informal Agreement) a. Contact standards will be face-to-face every other day with telephone contact on days not seen, including weekends, with the option for up to daily face-to-face with those on home detention when deemed appropriate by social worker or judge. 4. GPS and or Electronic monitoring if applicable as a condition of home detention to be used as a means of providing a higher level of structure for clients who would otherwise remain in secure detention or shelter care. 5. Contact with parent(s) to offer support for parental reinforcement of court-ordered conditions (contact by phone or face-to-face will be at least weekly). 6. Report regularly to referring social worker on status of juvenile (verbal reports at least weekly, written reports to document any non-compliance and at time of termination from program). 7. Contact with schools to monitor behavior and attendance issues (face to face or phone, several times per week). 8. Provider staff will be available 24/7, 365 days per year for crisis intervention and support to prevent law enforcement contact or placement in the juvenile center or shelter.
