Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Conduct an onsite room-by-room building inspection for all residential properties requested by Community Development Division or by authorized agency under contract with Community Development Division. 2. Document the itemized results of the inspection on the Community Development Office Acquisition Inspection Form, indicating each item that “passed” or “failed” and the repair required to gain compliance. 3. Conduct an exterior and room-by-room lead paint inspection defined as a surface-by-surface investigated of painted surfaces to determine the presence of lead-based paint for all properties requested by Community Development Division or by authorized agency under contract with Community Development Division. 4. Provide a written Lead Paint Stabilization Plan listing all areas that have lead paint hazards and a remediation plan. 5. Provide a copy of the Lead Paint Stabilization Plan and/or Inspection Report to the Community Development Division within 5-7 business days of the request. Electronic submission of these forms may be arranged. 6. Conduct clearance inspections, if requested by City of Madison, for all properties that have had remediation work completed. 7. Provide a copy of Lead Clearance Report or updated Inspection Report to the Community Development Division within 5-7 business days of the request.
