Compost is to include: All vegetables and fruit scraps: pre- and post-cooked; Raw and cooked meat and bones; Seafood, shellfish and shells; Eggs and dairy products; Baked goods; Coffee grounds and tea; Pasta, sauces, and dressing; Soiled paper or wax coasted products (napkins, paper towels, plates, cups, etc.); Certified and pre-approved compostable products.
