Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project work will replace the existing tank monitoring panel with 35 a new Franklin Fueling Systems, Model TS-550 evo, monitoring panel. Provide new electrical and 36 data cabling to connect the panel to a new 6,000-gallon, double walled, steel, aboveground 37 storage tank (AST) and all system monitoring and dispensing components. Provide all new 38 conduit and wiring for electrical and signal installation. Provide signal wiring to the nearest network 39 connection, but allow connection of the system into the network by the DMA information 40 technology (IT) department. Salvage and reinstall existing light pole, luminaire, spill kit, and 41 grounding reel in fueling area. Demolish existing fuel island, and construct new fueling island with 42 all required conduit, electrical, and signal wiring to system components. Remove and replace 43 existing fuel dispensing unit with a new Gasboy (Model: Atlas 9153KXTW1) dispenser mounted 44 on structural steel supports for exposed piping and conduits . Provide all fuel supply piping, 45 fittings, connections, filters, and valves required to connect AST to new dispenser. Provide new 46 stainless steel hose reel cabinet with electrically retractable 50-foot hose and intrinsically safe 47 lighting and wiring. Provide pad-mounted remote filling cabinet with appropriate piping, valves, 48 and connection to AST. Provide all probes and components for measurement of tank contents 49 and dispensing volumes. Provide new grounding bond reel pedestal, emergency stop switch, 50 overfill alarm and acknowledgement switch. Salvage existing heat trace control box and reinstall 51 per plan location with required connections and operations restored to original functioning 52 condition. Provide all electrical and signal wiring, conduit, grounding, commissioning, calibration, and all appurtenances required for a fully functional, code-compliant, turn-key fuel dispensing and monitoring system.
