Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Conduct project information meetings with employees to explain the scope of the project, methods used, and the employee role. B. Review all current job classifications, excluding represented law enforcement, and analyze, document and validate same for job definition or purpose; working 3 | P a g e relationships; essential functions conforming to ADAAA regulations; education, experience and other skills, knowledge and abilities; level of authority, including judgment and decision making, supervision received and exercised, and special requirements, including licensing/certification requirements and work environment. C. Conduct interviews with employees and appropriate supervisory and management staff, as required. D. Analyze all existing classifications and recommend additions and deletions to the current classification plan, as well as any other changes to the present compensation structure.
