Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Wisconsin Court System Director of State Courts Office is responsible for the administration of Wisconsin’s three-level unified court system. The Consolidated Court Automation Programs (CCAP) is the information technology department responsible for providing IT related services to all levels of the Wisconsin judiciary and to all employees of the state court system. CCAP designs, configures, installs, maintains, and supports all hardware and software in use throughout the court system enterprise. This includes 2,800 users spread over 249 Circuit Courts in the state’s 72 counties, 4 Appellate Courts, the Supreme Court, and several administrative offices of the court. As cyber-attacks on government organizations have escalated significantly over the past several years CCAP is increasing its efforts to prevent such as an attack from occurring in the Wisconsin Courts. Part of its strategy is to partner with a qualified cyber security vendor that will provide ongoing monitoring, remediation strategies, and actionable recommendations regarding CCAP’s security program and cyber security defenses.
