Through consulting, education and data analysis, the Institute for Business & Entrepreneurship serves Wisconsin’s aspiring, new and established small businesses to improve performance and increase capabilities for success. We follow a collaborative model, working with local organizations and other institutions to best serve clients across all of our program areas. The nationally accredited network of Wisconsin Small Business Development Center (SBDC) supports entrepreneurs at any stage through no-cost, confidential consulting and business education. The SBDC requests bids from individuals or consulting firms (the “Consultant”) to expand statewide consulting capacity, increase training, and expand outreach. The SBDC plans to build and establish an ongoing roster of qualified and approved list of consultants to provide statewide small business expertise. Each approved consultant will remain on the list through December 31, 2021.. Consulting partners will leverage and enhance the SBDC network community to provide additional technical expertise small businesses that have experienced supply chain disruptions, staffing challenges, a decrease in gross receipts or customers or a closure as a result of COVID-19. The contract will be designed to offer users a variety of Consultants best positioned to provide consulting services. The contract will be split into the following categories (Lots). Bidders may elect to bid on some or all the categories. The number of categories a Bidder bids will not have impact on award.
