Specifications include, but are not limited to: The system should make public meeting information more accessible, transparent, and provide cost savings to the county by reducing the use of paper and streamlining the document and agenda creation process. The system should also: Automate, streamline and simplify the agenda compilation, tracking and distribution process for all departments and divisions within the County; Implement an agenda submittal process that utilizes a pre-defined workflow process; Provide County Board members with electronic access to all agenda materials to reduce paper consumption and postage costs; Incorporate a real-time mechanism for system users to take notes and record relevant data before, during, and after meetings.
