Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Health Services (DHS), Department of Public Health (DPH), is seeking to contract with a vendor to provide a venue for the Office of Deaf and Hard of Hearing (ODHH) Resource Fair on September 30, 2023. The ODHH is initiating the very first statewide resource fair to provide services and programs that will benefit the diverse needs of people with varied degrees of hearing loss. The fair will provide nationally and locally recognized presenters, an array of exhibitors, hearing screening, hearing assistive tehchology demonstrations, and the opportunity to see comminications and interpreters in action. . Meeting Room Spaces: Two (2) meeting spaces are required . Both meeting spaces are needed from 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM . Building and meeting spaces are required to be Accessible including but not limited to elevators and restrooms. . First Meeting Space (Main room) . Must accommodate one hundred (100) people. . Table near stage for Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) Captioner . Fourteen (14) Round tables with eight (8) chairs facing the stage . Stage/Platform with stairs located in the front of the room with a minum size of four (4) feet by eight (8) feet. . Podium is need on the stage/platform.
