Specifications include, but are not limited to: UWC is seeking a firm(s) to provide Managed Print Services (MPS) in support of the UWC campuses throughout the State of Wisconsin. Managed Print Services is defined as the Total Management of the UWC fleet of print output devices including multifunction devices, printers, faxes and copiers. Total Management shall include, at a minimum: consulting and project management services; assessments; change management plan; security services; help desk/customer service; oversight of currently leased equipment; maintenance of all non-leased equipment; supplies (excluding paper); disposal of empty toner cartridges; equipment training; pick-up and disposal of all existing equipment at end of contract whether end of life or terminated for non-appropriateness; software integration, installation and management; and value added services.
