Specifications include, but are not limited to: Supplier shall pump out all non-domestic kitchen grease traps connected to CWC and MMHI. Supplier shall remove the entire contents from the grease traps. Supplier shall provide service for drainage, and swap out as needed 50-gallon barrels for “yellow frying grease” at CWC and MMHI. Supplier shall furnish vacuum trucks, manpower and equipment. Supplier must be able to respond to emergency pumping within 12 hours. Supplier is prohibited from driving on the lawn or sidewalk. Supplier is responsible for notifying CWC or MMHI staff of any hardware that is missing or can’t be reinstalled prior to leaving the Institution. Supplier is responsible for clean-up of site to leave area as found prior to pumping. Supplier is responsible for removing and reinstalling all hardware that secures grease trap doors. Awarded Supplier shall schedule services 14 days in advance. No weekends or holidays.
