Specifications include, but are not limited to: The individual designated the lead actuary shall be an accredited actuary (MAAA) with 5 or more years of accident and health contract ratemaking experience and at least 3 years of experience reviewing SRP rate filings. The bidder shall comply with all standard terms and conditions outlined as attached. The bidder’s recordkeeping and record retention shall meet the following standards if bidder is awarded a contract: The bidder shall establish and maintain adequate records of all expenditures incurred under the contract; All records shall be kept in accordance with generally accepted accounting procedures; OCI shall have the right to audit, review, examine, copy and transcribe any pertinent records or documents related to any contract resulting from this Simplified Bid held by the bidder;
