Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Medicaid Services, is seeking to contract with a vendor to provide Birth to 3 Program Mediation Services. The awardee will provide administrative services related to the coordination of mediation services to families whose children are participating in the Birth to 3 Program and lead county agencies responsible for providing these services. The primary administrative services include Recruiting, training, and evaluating mediators Maintaining agreements with mediators Assigning mediators for dispute resolution following federal and state laws Engaging in outreach activities to promote mediation Gathering statistics and providing reports regarding mediation activities Conducting surveys and reporting survey results regarding the mediation activity. These services, for the base contract period plus all renewal periods, may not exceed $50,000.00 (fifty-thousand dollars) in total.
