Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS): Division of Public Health (DPH) is looking for a vendor to provide voice recordings and video translation serviced for six short Medicare videos. The language translation will be from English to Hmong, German, Russian, Chinese (Mandarin), Italian, Polish and Lao. The videos are PowerPoint slides with voiceover narration and selectable closed captioning; the PowerPoint slides and narration / closed captioning must all be translated. The videos must be provided to DHS in a finalized format (with audio synced to the PowerPoint video) that can be uploaded to YouTube with selectable closed captioning. The translated PowerPoint file must also be provided. The narration / closed captioning script should be included in the Notes sections of the PowerPoint file.
