Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1.1.1 Inspect the lift station three times per week and check for problems or needed maintenance. Complete an inspection record and report any problems or needed maintenance immediately to the Project Manager. (To be paid monthly) 4.1.1.2 Upon award of the contract the bidder shall dismantle, clean, and service all pumps and related piping and structures within the pump house removing all debris, iron build-up, and sediments, properly and legally disposing of all debris. This shall be done every three months (To be paid four times per year). 4.1.1.3 Upon award of the contract, the inside and outside of the pump house shall be cleaned using high pressure washer or steam cleaner. This shall be repeated in six months (To be paid twice per year). 4.1.1.4 On an as needed basis, disabled pumps are to be pulled, delivered for repair to the designated shop in Lashmeet, picked up, and reinstalled. Vendor is to ensure that the system is functioning properly prior to leaving the site (to be paid on an as needed basis only). 4.1.1.5 For emergency response purposes, vendor shall be on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week and within a two (2) hour drive of the site.
