Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 Over-The-Phone Interpretation, Spanish 2 Over-The-Phone Interpretation, Non-Spanish 3 Document Translation, Spanish 4 Document Translation, Non-Spanish, Tier 1 5 Document Translation, Non-Spanish, Tier 2 6 Document Translation Minimum Fee 7 Document Translation Desktop Publishing 4.1.1 Vendor shall provide over-the-phone interpretation services when requested by the Agency. 4.1.2 Over-the-phone interpretation services shall be available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. 4.1.3 Vendor’s over-the-phone connect time shall not exceed 30 seconds. 4.1.4 Vendor shall invoice only for minutes used on over-the-phone services. No minimum fees are allowed for over-the-phone interpretation services. 4.1.5 Vendor shall provide document translation services when requested by the Agency. 4.1.6 Vendor shall provide interpreting and document translation for Spanish. 4.1.7 Vendor, when requested, shall provide interpreting and document translation for any language required by Agency. 4.1.8 All interpreters shall be certified. 4.1.9 Vendor shall provide interpreter and document translation to all inmates, from all facilities, when requested.
