Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University seeks to fully understand all of its property assets and how best to strategically maximize their use to serve the University’s mission both functionally and financially. The University also seeks to determine the best use for its vacant lands and understand potential alternate uses for existing properties and the ways in which other public institutions of higher education are approaching the use of various types of properties that they own. A list of the Properties is provided in Exhibit C hereto. The Supplier will be responsible for researching and visiting the Properties, and establishing a usable inventory of them which will include location, size, approximate value, infrastructure and utilities, current use and ownership. The Supplier, after analysis, will develop for each property recommendations to better utilize the Property both from functional and financial perspectives using benchmarking analysis and market data. Based on those recommendations, the Supplier will develop a prioritized set of recommendations with input from the University that provides a holistic approach to maximizing the value of the Properties.
