Specifications include, but are not limited to: The West Virginia Attorney General’s Office (WVAGO) is soliciting bids to establish a contract for software support and maintenance including upgrades for Litera Metadact-e Software and Litera Innova or equal. Agency currently owns Two Hundred (200) licenses for Litera Metadact-e Software and One Hundred Fifty (150) licenses for Litera Innova Software. 3.1.1.1 Vendor must provide one (1) year subscription for support and maintenance for Litera Metadact-e or equal. This must be compatible with current agency owned Litera Metadact-e software for up to Two Hundred (200) licenses. 3.1.1.1.1 Support must include the ability to report software problems and receive support from Litera or equal in identifying solutions, potential product revisions, or workaround as appropriate. 3.1.1.1.2 Phone support hours must be at minimum between the hours of 9:00 AM EST through 8:00 PM EST Monday through Friday except standard U.S. holidays. 3.1.1.1.3 Maintenance and support for Litera Metadact-e or equal must include free upgrades and documentation from Litera or equal. The right to these upgrades must not be unreasonably delayed. 3.1.1.1.4 Resolution of Defects: Vendor will apply commercially reasonable efforts to resolve reported defects and will promptly notify Agency when such corrections are available
