Specifications include, but are not limited to: The West Virginia Legislature seeks quotations for annual hotel accommodations for student interns for two five-night periods, during the legislative session. Vendors are asked to provide lodging, breakfast, and shuttle service for up to 25 college students per week for two work weeks. Vendors should be able to provide 12 rooms at double-occupancy and one room at single-occupancy for each week. Accommodations shall include some form of breakfast for each intern. Interns will check-in on a Sunday and check-out on a Friday. In addition, the vendor hotel must also provide daily shuttle service to and from the West Virginia State Capitol for the interns. The accommodations must also include a meeting room and catered dinner/banquet for a Sunday evening orientation session each week.
