Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1 Southbend SLGS/22SC Double Stack Convection Oven (or equal). 3.1.1.1 Double stack convection oven must be gas powered. 3.1.1.2 Double stack convection oven must be between 65” and 70” in height. 3.1.1.3 Double stack convection oven must have non clog inshot burners. 3.1.1.4 Double stack convection oven must be electronic ignition. 3.1.1.5 Double stack convection oven must have 140-degree Fahrenheit to 500degree Fahrenheit capable solid state thermostatic controls (temperature range). 3.1.1.6 Double stack convection oven must have up 60-minute mechanical cook timers 3.1.1.7 Double stack convection oven must have a minimum of 4 interior lights. 3.1.1.8 Double stack convection oven must have a forced cool down mode. 3.1.1.9 Double stack convection oven must be coved with a porcelain oven interior. 3.1.1.10 Double stack convection oven must be made of stainless steel including the front, top, sides, and door and legs. 3.1.1.11 Double stack convection oven must have a minimum of a ½ horsepower blower. 3.1.1.12 Double stack convection oven must be a minimum of 140,000 BTU 3.1.1.13 Double stack convection oven must be a single phase. 3.1.1.14 Double stack convection oven must have a 2-speed adjustable fan. 3.1.1.15 Double stack convection oven must include a minimum of 10 oven racks, which must be wire. 3.1.1.16 Double stack convection oven must be freestanding. 3.1.1.17 Double stack convection oven must have stainless doors with low emission glass windows. 3.1.1.18 Double stack convection oven must have a handle that stays cool to the touch during use. 3.1.1.19 Double stack convection oven must include a control panel that allows for time and temperature programming. 3.1.1.20 Double stack convection oven must include a 1-year parts and labor warranty. 3.1.2 Removal and Installation of Double Stack Convection Oven- Vendor must remove old units and reinstall new units that are being bid. 3.1.2.1 Vendor must examine substrates and properly prepare them prior to installation. 3.1.2.2 Vendor must clean surfaces thoroughly prior to installation. 3.1.2.3 Vendor must protect installed products until completion of project. 3.1.2.4 Vendor Must touch-up, repair or replace damaged products before Substantial Completion. 3.1.2.5 Vendor Must provide Manufacturer’s Data sheets on each product being used. 3.1.2.6 Vendor Must provide a minimum of two (2) copies of each user manual for each product being installed. 3.1.2.7 Vendor Must provide proper preparation instructions and recommendations.
