Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.2.1.1 Vendor shall provide food service operations to the Agency in a responsible, yet a cost-effective manner, by implementing innovative methods and solutions. 4.2.1.2 Vendor shall provide appetizing and nutritional food to the inmate and resident population. 4.2.1.3 Vendor shall provide a nutritious menu, meeting all special dietary needs to include medically approved diets and religious diets for the inmate population. 4.2.1.4 Vendor shall provide a menu for the juvenile population and the Anthony Correctional Center (currently housed at Denmar Correctional Center), that meets child nutrition requirements. Said menu must be approved by Department of Education, Child Nutrition. 4.2.1.5 Vendor shall provide a cost-effective onsite labor solution for the Agency. Agency will entertain innovative proposals in an effort to reduce labor or service costs.
