Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1.2 STAFFING: Vendor Staff for each shift shall consist of the following personnel: 3.1.1.2.1 Two (2) WV OEMS Certified Emergency Medical Technicians 3.1.1.2.2 Vendor shall supply copies all WV OEMS Certifications for Vendor Agency and Vendor Staff. 3.1.1.3 MATERIALS: The Vendor shall provide all materials and supplies required to provide Emergency Medical Services to support the Event, including basic and advanced medical treatment. 3.1.1.4 TRANSPORT: The Vendor shall provide one (1) WV OEMS certified transport on-site for evacuating patients, requiring transport, to a Medical Facility. When Transport is off site, the Vendor shall use Fayette County 911 emergency services if additional transport is required until the return of the Vendor’s onsite transport.
