Specifications include, but are not limited to: A Contract to provider all labor, materials, transportation, tools, equipment, supplies, and incidentals to inspect and service one (1) landfill leachate lift station and all related systems at the Preston County (Rehe) Landfill. Inspect the lift station monthly and check for problems or needed maintenance. Complete an inspection record and report any problems or needed maintenance immediately to the Project Manager. The successful bidder shall clean out the lift station removing all debris, grease, and sediments. All debris is to be disposed of properly and legally. This is to be repeated six months after the first cleaning. The pumps shall be checked and inspected. After the first inspection, this shall be every three months.
