Specifications include, but are not limited to: Mowing and edging grass: Mowing and edging grass: Grass must be cut to 3” to 3-1/2” height. Edging shall be performed around all sidewalks Vendor must establish a definable, clean cut and even edge between the sidewalks and the lawn. Litter and debris removal: All litter and debris around dumpster, fence lines, and parking lots must be picked up and disposed of prior to leaving the worksite. Blowing and disposing of leaves in the fall and for winter and spring clean-up. Remove all weeds from mulch and flower beds before leaving each visit. The vendor must perform the additional specified lawn care services for the grounds and must be billed separate from site visit billing: Lawn fertilizing (typically 4 times per year): Scott’s fertilizing program or equal. Mulching and trimming trees and shrubs (typically 2 times per year). Over-seeding lawn (typically 1 time per year): Vendor must use turf type fescue, such as Class Act 2 or equal, and spread 8 oz. per 100 square feet. Clear brush outside the fence line towards the railroad tracks (typically one time per year)
