Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide knowledge transfer and technical resources for the transition to State Employees. This will include Production support, primary and secondary infrastructure support, and third party application support. The services currently being provided by Dataview are primary and secondary data center operations to include production environment, infrastructure, disaster recovery, application support, server support, nightly cycle operations, and third party application support. Including these services Dataview will also outline and schedule the knowledge transfer to State employees and will perform these actions in a common methodology of Primary Phase, Transition Phase, and finally Secondary Phase. This will provide a seamless operations transition from Dataview to State employee operations
