This solicitation is to provide four (4) new Aurora Heating Hot Water Pump assemblies for three buildings on the CJIS Division campus in Clarksburg, West Virginia. This acquistion is for Aurora Heating Hot Water pump assemblies only (FOB Destination). Installation will be performed by CJIS Staff. This is a Firm-Fixed Price award and is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government intends to award based on lowest price technically acceptable. All questions are due to Contracting Officer Kristi Wolford via email at kmwolford@fbi.gov no later than 10:00 am EST on July 17, 2023. Quotations shall be completed and submitted on either the attached Excel Spreadsheet or on official company letter head emailed to Contracting Officer Kristi Wolford, along with the signed Form 1449 to kmwolford@fbi.gov no later than 10:00 am EST on July 26, 2023. Any quotations received after 10:00 am EST on July 26, 2023 will NOT be considered.
