Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Must have the ability for employees to review and approve their own individual paycheck to ensure accuracy BEFORE our payroll team submits payroll for processing. 2. Employee Self-Service must be 100% mobile. No loss of functionality compared to desktop version. 3. Software is a single database built 100% organically. Vendors that have partnered or acquired other HRIS systems to build their solution will not be considered in the evaluation. 4. Must provide a dedicated specialist that is the sole individual that helps with all modules of the system. Dedicated specialist must be based in the United States. 5. Any training outside of implementation must be provided at no additional cost. 6. Must have a dedicated specialist that holds monthly best practice meetings to ensure 100% employee, manager, and admin usage. 7. Must have an employee usage dashboard for admins to review and track all changes made inside of the system with a full ROI report. 8. System must auto-create payroll data sets, no manual creation of payroll data set or batches. 9. Time & Attendance must be 100% mobile for managers and employees. Punch change requests, clocking in, timecard approvals for employees and managers, and time-off request approvals must be available from the mobile app. 10. Proposals must include all the above plus: Outsourced payroll & tax filings, time & attendance system, scheduling system, accrual tracking, mobile onboarding and document signatures, ACA reporting and 1095s, custom 401k file sent to our retirement provider after payroll submission, and implementation.
