Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Ensure there is an Objective Assessment and Individual Service Strategy (ISS) for each youth which identifies appropriate objectives and services for the youth to achieve their goals. 2. Include the creation of career pathways for all WIOA Title I young adults as part of the youth’s individual service strategy (ISS). 3. Ongoing and active case management for youth. 4. Have a strong industry focus in services provided, working directly with WFC Business Solutions subrecipient and WFC on program design and training components. 5. Ensure in-demand job placements, training-related placements, placements in targeted or demand occupations. 6. Include WorkSource and other community partners that are already providing similar and related services. 7. Designate locally, a full-time program staff to serve as the point of contact for quality assurance across the program to make sure that customer service, MIS reporting, compliance, and oversight of physical files are being addressed
