Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The selected vehicle auction house shall have demonstrated significant recent experience conducting vehicle auctions. This experience shall be demonstrated to the County's satisfaction by information such as copies of previous contracts providing similar services. B. The vehicle auctions will be held on an as-needed basis at the auction house premises. C. The vehicle auction house shall provide the following services: 1. Basic cleaning of the vehicle to include washing the exterior of the vehicle, vacuuming, and cleaning the windows. 2. Pick up of the vehicle, operational or not, from the King County Sheriff’s Office vehicle storage location. 3. Ability to legally move the vehicle if the license plates are expired. 4. Monthly accounting of where vehicles are, whether they have sold or not. D. The vehicle auction house shall provide the following documentation with each vehicle sold to the King County Sheriff’s Office: 1. Bill of Sale 2. Copy of Title Transfer 3. Invoice showing amount paid for vehicle, the schedule of fees, and net amount due to King County Sheriff’s Office 4. Check made out to King County Sheriff’s Office for net amount due
